This isn’t much of a CV. mainly because there isn’t much to say about myself, and unfortunately this isn’t just me being modest.         I was born in Wiltshire in 1954 and took up painting and drawing because I wasn’t particularly good at anything else, this was shown by the fact I left school with only A level art and two O levels, one in English literature and the other in painting and decorating, and although fully qualified to paint libraries I instead done a three year graphic course at Salisbury college of art.                                                    It was there that I discovered horse racing at the nearby racecourse, and also discovered that I had a talent for losing money. To supplement this I started to illustrate for magazines and record covers and won the Guinness cartoon competition which wasn’t as clever as it might seem, because only eight people entered.                I also painted my first racehorse, which was owned by the local pub landlord . This had to be done without his wife finding out, as she was unaware that he owned it, and he preferred it to stay that way.                                                                                                        On leaving college I found I had more sucess doing other forms of work, from working in factorys, petrol stations, and as a postman.       In 1990 I moved to Brentwood Essex and started selling my work on the railings on the Bayswater road, I enjoyed this time as I met lots of nice people but in 2004 i was asked to leave by Westminster Council as they didn’t think my work suitable which was probably true.

Since then I have done much of the same sort of thing, some of which you can find on this website.

However judging by the standard of animation I have added to this website I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before I’m head hunted by Pikar or Disney.
